TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby red with violet hues. Cherry and fresh red fruit dominate the nose. On the palate it is pleasant and well-structured, easy to drink and versatile in pairing, even with fish dishes in red sauce, such as soups.
Serving temperature: 18°C, but also excellent chilled to 12-14°C in summer.
