Of exuberant density and softness, the fruity notes stand out sharply from this glass characterized by great balance and integrity. It is perfect for an aperitif and goes well with first courses of fish. This Vermentino is part, together with Ansonica, of the first harvest of 1980 with which the company began in the market and is pride of many awards.

Wide and intense tropical aroma, combined with citrus and floral flavor, which finally denote the vermentino of maremma.

Full-bodied with a rich bouquet that gives an encompassing and pleasant close.

Type of wine: D.O.C. Maremma Toscana Vermentino
Area of origin: The vineyards grow near Magliano in Toscana a few km from the area of the reserve “Park of Maremma”.
Cultivation: West sapling rows sun exposition; middle texture and poor soil.
Grapes: Vermentino 100%.
Harvest: Takes place in the first week of September, before the mature progress of the grapes. The grapes are harvested manually and are moved in boxes till the wine cellar.
Vinification: The selected grape, after a soft pressing, which allows the extraction of the mature part of the fruit, clarifies in steel, where it does its fermentation for 30 days under controlled temperature in order to preserve the aromas.
Maturation: The wine rests for 4-6 months in steel, subjected to a periodically batonage to improve the complexity of the wine.
Refiniment: Min. 60 days in bottle before selling.
Color: Pale yellow with greenish shades.
