IGT COSTA TOSCANA SANGIOVESE

In this wine we can find all the freshness, softness and consistency of a young Sangiovese from the Maremma. Its fruity bouquet makes it an excellent aperitif and favours pairings with hors d'oeuvres including cheeses and red meats.

Sangiovese and Petit Verdot.

Production area
The vineyards are located in front of the Maremma Natural Park, near Fonteblanda.

Vinification
The grapes, after soft de-stemming-crushing, are sent to temperature-controlled fermentation, characterised by frequent pumping over and delestage.

Refinement
Minimum 60 days in bottle.

At the table
Intense ruby red with violet hues. The nose opens with fresh aromas of red fruit, typical of a young Sangiovese. On the palate it is pleasant, balanced and easy-drinking, ideal to accompany a wide range of dishes. Serving temperature: 18°C.
