About

An authentic and engaging experience dedicated to tradition. The star of the cooking class will be fresh, handmade pasta: each lesson will feature one of the many traditional shapes, chosen based on seasonality, local recipes, or the day's inspiration. Guided by a true fresh pasta artisan, you will learn the techniques of hand-rolling step by step, enjoying a practical and genuine experience. At the end of the class, you will be able to taste the pasta prepared during the lesson, accompanied by a selection of our wines.

 

The cooking class will be activated with a minimum of 6 participants.

  • Fresh artisan pasta cooking class
  • Preparation of one of the traditional fresh pasta shapes, changing each lesson
  • Learning handmade pasta-making techniques
  • Tasting of fresh pasta made during the course
  • Pairing with two glasses of wine
